| How It Works |
- CBS will assign the mentors to the students
- The mentors will be notified of their student match
- The students would contact their mentor with in one week of this announcement.
- The students would at least contact once in 15 days either on phone or in person as convenient to the mentor.
- The Program coordinator shall take the feedback of the students from the mentor.

| This program has been implemented with a role objective of increasing the student’s confidence, corporate interface and to have an acquaintance with the corporate life to ensure a bright career take off and stay in the corporate life. |
